Cozyboyz reserves the right to update, alter, revise, add to, or remove any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this site, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

CURRENCY

Prices can be displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), United States Dollar (USD), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Australian Dollar (AUD), and British Pounds (GBP). Currency conversion is based on rates from XE.com. All payments will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

SHIPPING

During peak sales periods, local orders may take up to two weeks to dispatch. We cannot provide specific timelines for international shipping, but tracking details will be provided upon order confirmation.

PRICING

Prices listed are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. Online prices may differ from those available elsewhere.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, supply issues or unexpected demand may cause items to be unavailable. All products are advertised in good faith to be in stock at the time of purchase.
Please note that sale items are only available during the promotional period and are non-returnable unless defective.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Promotional and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are damaged upon receipt.
Regular-priced items are not exchangeable but may be returned for inspection. If approved, store credit will be issued, which can be used to repurchase the correct item.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customs or import duties imposed upon a parcel’s arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot control or estimate these charges as they vary by country. Customers should confirm these fees with local customs authorities before placing an order. Returns due to refusal to pay customs duties will not be accepted.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, each code is valid for a single use per customer. We reserve the right to reject orders if discount codes are misused.
If the order total is less than the value of the discount code, no balance will be refunded. Expired codes cannot be extended or reimbursed.
Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES

Local delivery fees will be RM10 and Southeast Asian delivery fees will be RM30.
